3V card

Not really able to get a card so am looking around for an alternative.

I have heard about 3V virtual visa numbers, but not really to keen on spending £3.50 each time i top up.

What are the alternatives.
No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT3

    The Virgin Money card doesn't seem too bad charge wise. I think it is £9.95 to purchase the card in the first instance and there is a fee of 2.95% on each transaction. There is no charge if you load money onto the card at the Post Office.

    Another alternative you might want to consider is maybe something like the Halifax Easycash account. This is a basic bank account that gives you a Visa Electron debit card. There are no fees for normal use, obtaining, or putting money on this card.
