Lenovo (Opia) Cashback Overdue

I bought two laptops from Lenovo and applied for the Cashback at:
lenovo-offers com / uk / en /business/
I got an E-Mail back on 2nd February which said:
"Your Lenovo Cashback payment has now been validated. You will receive your cashback payment within 30 working days of receipt of this email"
As it is now over 30 days and I have had no payment I contacted them and they sent back this reply:
"Due to the popularity of the promotion we are experiencing a few delays regarding payments. I can assure you that your claim has been validated and payment will be made as soon as possible."
I sent them a reply and they have not replied to that. There is no phone number to contact them on, but I believe the claim is paid back by a company called Opia and not Lenovo directly.
Does anyone know where I stand on this. Is it worth opening a small claims court case or do I just have to wait and hope they pay it?

Given 30 working days would've been around 16th (monday past), I wouldnt say theres anything to worry about.
Give them another few days and see if it turns up.You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0 -

Not sure why you say "there is no phone number to contact them on".
If you were to click on contact us from the link you supplied, lenovo-offers.com/business, you would see that there certainly is a phone number.
In my opinion, you are being far too premature in considering court action.0 -
Their terms and conditions are very strict. If I had applied within 30 days or over 60 days it would have been rejected. They have very specifically told me that it would be paid within 30 working days giving until Friday last week. It does not seem right\fair they are allowed to break their own agreement and conditions. They did not even inform me it will be late and I had to ask. I know we live in an unfair world and we are right pushovers in the UK when it comes to expectations, but I am dealing with large company here who seems to be making its own rules up. I was expecting the payment in the promised time and had budgeted for it to cover an outgoing bill.0

As you do seem quite exercised about this despite the pragmatic advice you have received, I would suggest you commence legal proceedings as you hinted at and let us all know how it goes.0
