    my opinion was based more on platform risk than the risk of the product. P2p is a fairly new concept. Most platforms have been around single digits years wise. Some just a matter of months. When were s&s's available in a tax free wrapper? Multiple decades after they were set up or quite soon in their untested honeymoon?

    one of the major p2p sites could fail much more easily than one of the major s&s brokers in my opinion.
