    You don't lose money unless you flip your wig and panic sell.

    I've been investing since the late 80s and haven't done this. Looking back as the many scary moments (and multi-year nasties) we've had, this is quite an achievement!
    I am not a financial adviser and neither do I play one on television. I might occasionally give bad advice but at least it's free.

    Like all religions, the Faith of the Invisible Pink Unicorns is based upon both logic and faith. We have faith that they are pink; we logically know that they are invisible because we can't see them.

    Making use of my full S&S ISA allowance each year before I bought investments outside the S&S ISA - as buying inside the S&S ISA wrapper saves you having to pay tax on any profits and also easier as less paper work to do.
