You seem to be really keen to warn people about this company.
How about answering my question (already asked twice)? smiley-confused013.gif
  • Sorry. Yes it is. My daughter was scammed by these people so I am really angry. She has had to close her bank account and open a new one with all the inconvenience that causes. She only paid the upfront 'postage' so they should be unable to take any more but it seems a lot of people have lost hundreds. Cancelling card isn't enough as a continuous payment has been set up. Blocking one company isn't guaranteed to work as they also they use different names. One company has bank details and they are passed on.

Really going off at a tangent here Heffi1.
The website is deliberately designed to mislead in order to steal money from the unwary - it lacks transparency and is ambiguous and legally required information, such as a trading address is not there nor are Terms and Conditions prominently displayed.

So it is the websites fault that people do not read things properly, if the website is so ambiguous then surely it is up to the purchaser to look for a more reputable company

Blame the website not some peoples rush for a magic cure all.

People need to take responsibility for what they choose to sign up to. If there are no terms and conditions the details are scant then the obvious thing is to ask questions or walk away.
:) Been here for a long time and don't often post
