Halifax Money Transfer

So on Monday last week I applied for a money transfer, fund received within two hours on 0% for 15months. This is my first money transfer and I can't find info anywhere but basically it isn't showing on my online account over a week later and isn't even deducted from my available balance? Does it take til next statement to show up or am I missing something? A little advice would be appreciated

There is no reason for it not to show until the next statement, but it doesn't make any difference anyway as it's 0%.0

Okay so an update balance still not showing on card account but today received a letter from my banking group saying that I recieved funds into the account by mistake and I need to sign a letter and return for them to get their money back... I rang said group who advised to contact Halifax card services, they after a bit of to and froing said ignore the letter everything is fine on this end and they haven't requested the fund back at all even though it hasn't cleared on my card account... I want to believe what they say but also don't want to have any further issues and would rather get this sorted asap, talking on the phone is getting a pain though as I've recently had mouth surgery and it's still painful to talk.Lloyds Personal Loan #3: £5000 (£4743)
