I have received my glasses today from Glassescrafter and they are complete rubbish. I have waited 3 weeks for delivery, I emailed them last week and like other users I got a reply in poor English.

They arrived today from Shanghai, wrapped in Chinese newspapers(!). They are the wrong colour, the wrong prescription appears to be in them and they are terrible quality - I tried them on and they have already bent (having paid over £300 for GENUINE designer specs, I doubt these are the real thing - the case is too shiny and the lettering is not right). I am sending them back - I will probably be out of pocket but I wanted to test them out. I may try Glasses Direct but I think any of these hold a bit of a risk with them. Just thought this would be useful.......
