As long as you have been repaying the debt as stated then just protest either through the debt management company or directly to Amigo in writing retaining your composure without letting rip. Point out to Amigo that their actions are unreasonable and pointless as this will cause further delays and unnecessary bills. See what their response is and then take it from there. Yes it's easier said than done but try not to waste time worrying about what might happen.0

Mate,
what are they gonna do?
They go to court, you rock up with all the details of your dmp showing that you are dealing with your debt responsibly (and not trying to avoid payment) they are going to look a bit foolish. I would imagine any judgement would be sympathetic to you.
Further to that, they can't have what you haven't got. The biggest threat for taking people to court is the ruination of their credit history, well yours is already shot, so what have they got?
Try not to stress, the DMP support thread will probably have good advice to you£1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000
LBM 28/1/15 total debt - [STRIKE]£23,410[/STRIKE] 24/3/16 total debt - £7,298

Thanks All ..I have sent them a polite e mail asking WHY ..all they seem concerned about is the fact the DMP is paying them £17.50 which will take 10 years to pay off the debt this was set up last December ..until now i had heard nothing from them and assumed everything was OK, then this ...I have taken Martins advise and saved some money by trimming my utility bills and changing suppliers etc and with the money saved on using less since the wife left £25 a month lol ..perhaps I should offer them that ...:D0

Don't offer it to them. If you have to draw up a new budget you should split any extra funds between all your creditors according to how much you owe. But I wouldn't bother doing that unless it looks like they are taking you to court.Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0
