Last week was my first week on this challenge, and I failed so miserably that I couldn't wait to change my signature, ended up about £8.00 over budget:(
So can I try again this week, please? I'm going to try for £15.00 again, and I've only got £15.00 for groceries this week, so it will not be easy~but I'm up for it. I've already got meals sorted through til Tuesday, so I shouldn't really need to go out. I can do this, I will do this, I AM DETERMINED to stay in budget.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0 -
Looks like I spent £14.75 this week so I was under...
That included £4-29 which was put into my £2 savers pot and loose change pot! Dunno which category things like this should go in but this one had a bit of room so...
I think £10 should be my limit this week. My budget says i could set this a bit higher but the second half of this month is v busy... lots of birthdays (including mine), multiple nights out and its the Edinburgh festival and my collegues and I have all sorts of people appearing and needing entertained in about a weeks time  ... funny they all descend at festival time  . I do have an entertainment budget but I still don't think it'll last the month tho so I need to economise a bit!!Mortgage free as of 12/08/20!

A no spend day for me today. i have £1.60 left until the 13th of may so i am trying to keep that for emergancys (eg desp need milk or bread or something).
yesterday i spent nothing also. although next week will be the real test as i am used to buying my lunch at work, and next week i will be preparing something to take with me.
my mum popped round today with a few weeks worth of food for us, so we are doing ok for the time beingMy baby boy is now 8 weeks old.

Have got to buy some fuel today but have got 5p off per litre voucher for Mr T's so should come in at about £30 for today. Apart from that not going anywhere:rolleyes:
