Hi
I've just got back from the US and have 600 dollars. I'm off to Europe next week. Does anyone know of the best way of exchanging the dollars for euros and getting the best rate? From what I've worked out I'll lose around £50 which makes me think I'm best of keeping the dollars for another trip.
Thanks
Jake

Or you could at least check the rate dollars to euros in your European destination. Now the dollar is high and the euro is low, so depending on when you bought the dollars you might even come out ahead. But don't convert them in UK and get hit twice, USD > GBP then GBP > EUR.keep them or sell to someone who is going at a mutuallly beneficial rateEvolution, not revolution0 -

1.06ish mid-market. But if you can find departing Americans with leftover euros they might sell them to you for a dollar each straight..!jonesMUFCforever wrote: »Not far from 1 to1 is it - will make it easy to work out.Evolution, not revolution0
