I don't believe that you can. If you own more than one property, you can indeed choose which one is your PPR for the purposes of CGT. Buy you do actually have to be residing in a property to claim PPR relief on it.0 -

election of a PPR is only relevant where you OWN and LIVE in two properties at the same time
i.e. you live in London during the week and in the country at weekends
clearly you don't fit this scenerio0
