what happens if defendant dont send me court bundle befoe court

need to write to hsbc.Or should I let the court deal with it?
Its hard to believe that they are defending a small claim for £207.What bank
are you claiming against?SPC £500 well will try very hard.

Yes you should copy the letter to the banks solicitors. The court may ask for you to make a formal application on form N244 which would attract a fee of £65 or they may do it on thier own motion saving you from having to pay the fee.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -

am i supposed to receive a bundle pack or something?
i haven't been told anything
can anyone advise what is the next step to do

Date of defence/ date court bundle to be submitted to court.
Lack of response and court bundle?
Wish to seek/apply to the court for an order
Please help thanks

The bank have 14 days to provide you with a defence you do not have to do anything for now.As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person0 -
so do they have 14 days from the date of acknowledgement to put in a defence?
i read here on the help page,
"If the bank acknowledges at any time within those 14 days, they now have 28 days from the date of service of the claim form to file a defence"
does that mean they have 28 days from the 2nd of august (date my claim was issued) to respond and give defence?
they acknowledge my claim on the 8th august.
