I have made this nappy cake for a friend at work. It took a pack of 40 ish nappies. There are 2 bottles in the middle,1 lotion and 1 bath stuff. The teddy was 75p from charity shop and was brand new. The ribbon was from the haberdashry stall on the local market. I made it on a cake board. It was fiddly to make but not difficult and I'm really pleased with how it turned out in the end!0

Here is mine, I made yesterday for my daughters piano teacher.
Tessiebear, your cake looks really nice, it is so effective isn't it and so personal.. I really love yours.
Bec5670 Yours is gorgeous too. Such a simple concept but so grand to look at.
I still have to attach a personalised tag I made for the couple. I will dangle it from the ribbon after I have wrapped it, Looking at the picture, the top tier looks a bit lobsided, I will fix that before I wrap it.0 -

They are all gorgeous. I made one last year for the girl at work and when I presented it she thought it was a real cake! her hubby was chuffed to bits with it as well when she showed him. Unfortunately I don't have a pic. I might make one for my daughter as her baby is due in 2 weeks time.£2 savers club. No.90. Aim £500.0

here is one i made a few weeks ago. since then i have actually pinned the bootees to the top layer and added a few rattles around the middle layer
i've now cellophane wrapped it so i don't get tempted to pull it apart again and re-jig everything. IYKWIM0 -
