Please can somebody help, I have just received a PCN for parking at a hospital on 06.10.2014. i have never been to that hospital and have never received any parking charge notice, I am the registered keeper and the letter says they wrote to the registered keeper and they informed them i was the driver? this letter i never received and i have never parked at the said site.they are now asking for a payment of £78.00 as they say the opportunity to challenge the PCN has expired, furthermore they have added a Administration charge. Please can somebody advise me what i do next.

Does the letter give a car registration number? Is it yours?Changing the world, one sarcastic comment at a time.0

Get yourself into the Parking Tickets Forum and start by reading the Newbies Sticky carefully - that outlines your situation and the various ways to get shot of them.
If there are any other threads about that Hospital, confine your reading to ones from the last few months only - older threads may well have out of date info.
Then, if this thread isn't moved, post your own thread in that forum when you have the bones of a challenge together for detailed help and advice.0 -
Yes it my registration but i have never been to that hospital and this is the first letter I have received from them since the alleged parking date0

Do they have a picture of your car? Just wondering if your number plate has been cloned.0

Or am I reading this wrong?0 -
I have rung them and asked for pictures and a copy of the registered
keepers letter that they sent out, the person i spoke to said I need to email them, I am confused at what to do now, I have not been parked at that hospital. Has anybody else ever received a PCN in the post and not been parked at the address on the notice.0 -
Unless people from the Parking sub-forum happen to frequent the Motoring forum, you're less likely to get best advice.
PM Crabman (a board guide) to get this thread moved to Parking. (Make sure you include a link to this thread in your PM).0
