Hi we have previously fabricated concrete garage with up and over garage door. The problem is that once I have opened and "lifted" it, the door doesn't stay fully in position. It doesn't come down but it doesn't fully stay up in horizontal position.. Is is cos of old spring have lost tension? Is this something that's fixable. If so, can I buy springs separately somewhere?
Thanks

Have a look if it has a tension wire, on some doors this wire works with the springs , be careful when it goes it can wip out. There are more questions than answers :shhh: :silenced:WARNING ! May go silent for unfriendly repliesPlease excuse me Spell it MOST times
