PCN and letters now from wright hassall

HI
Need some help and advice as to my next best action to take.
Basically i had recieved 2 PCN from parking in a vinci park operated business park. My office pays for allocated spaces and has asked for them not to monitor or give out tickets to cars in the bays. However i had a ticket on my windscreen once in june and once november saying i had not fully displayed my permit. As with other colleagues these can slide down the dash board or people have forgotten to put theres on show. We have all ignored letters from them which turned into being passes to ZZPS. I had to email them regarding the first once as its registered to my Dad whom i do not live with or see often but when i do he always had letters addressed to him.
So now one letter goes to him and another to myself as i requested all contact should be made to me not him.

I have proof of work obviously and a permit to park here so do not see why i should pay a company whose spaces are paid for my the company i work for but now im receiving the usual threat letters from Wright Hassal about court and CCJS for not paying.

Should i now write the them?

Help very much appreciated

Relax, the letters aren't from Right Hassle, it's just ZZPS pretending.

You could treat the letters as a Letter Before Claim, and reply (to Right Hassle, not ZZPS) as per this thread: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4754020

Note carefully that the Right Hassle letters state that their client is ZZPS not Vinci, so make sure your reply reflects this i.e. you want proper particulars of the claim ZZPS believes it has against you. Don't mention Vinci at all.

Wright Hassall will find this a Right Hassle, since they've never actually heard of you. In the interest of causing maximum annoyance you could address your letter personally to one or more of the of the several senior personnel listed on this page:

    http://www.wrighthassall.co.uk/our-people/people/

Also complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority about Right Hassle. I've sent you a draft complaint by Private Message.

Thankyou so much for your advice. Really appreciated as these letters just keeping coming with lots of dates i dont even remember having tickets for!

So might be just being dumb here but by writing to wright hassle they will contact zzps to stop acting as them and the letters should stop? As if it is Zzps not wright hassle sending them how would they know i have written to them?

Also after reading many threads on here i see you've advised lots of people. Do you know the outcome of when they do contact these companies?

    Thanks :-)

    Maybe, maybe not.

They will have an arrangement. Letters to Right Hassle resulting from ZZPS' actions will be forwarded to ZZPS by Right Hassle, just as the 'phone number (which looks like it's Right Hassle because it's the same dialling code) will actually forward automatically to ZZPS. Right Hassle is getting paid a pittance by ZZPS each time it pimps its letterhead out to them, so they are certainly not going to want to do any work for it! Hence the suggestion of writing to senior people personally: at the very least a secretary is going to have to open it and figure out what it's about, rather than it simply being put straight into the "ZZPS" tray by some office minion. If enough people cause them enough Hassall they will eventually conclude that being in bed with scum like ZZPS simply ain't worth it.

Sadly most people are very rude. They take the advice and never come back to update us on the outcome.

Look at page one of the forum - how many Wright Hassall threads are being started unnecessarily this week...why? The forum already has threads about this lot.

Search the forum for the keyword 'Hassall' to find this discussed lots of times. Anyway the search of the forum will explain it all and what others have done who have already had these silly letters.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks again for links/advice. My only issue is i have not kept all letters they have sent and seems they are all dated differently so wouldnt know where to start in producing an LBCC. I only remember seeing two ever on my windscreen. Would it be worth asking my company who they pay for the spaces and getting them to contact wright hassle/ZZPS as i can show proof of employement and my permits?

Also as some are address to myself and some my dad i do not know how to deal with each letter. Combined or seperate.

    Extremelly stressed, worried and confused!!

Advise on which action to next take would be greatly appreciated!!!

    Thanks

What on earth are you panicking over? Right Hassle have admitted in their letters that their client is ZZPS, so there's absolutely nothing to worry about. ZZPS is powerless, it has no claim over you whatsoever and cannot take you to court, which means that Right Hassle can't either. It's all just bullsh|t and bluster coming from ZZPS.

When you requested that all contact be made with you, not your father, what exactly did you say? Did you admit to being the driver? And who did you send this to, Vinci or ZZPS?

And do you or your father still have any Notice to Keeper or Notice to Driver that is still within the appeal period stipulated in the notice?

It would be well worth getting your employers to complain if they are willing to do so, but they should complain to whomever they rent the parking spaces from, which is not Vinci. They should also write to Vinci pointing out that, as lessee of the parking spaces, they are the lawful occupier of the land and Vinci does not have their permission to operate on the land. Accordingly Vinci is trespassing each time it tickets a vehicle and they are required to cease and desist doing so.

As for ZZPS and Right Hassle, have you complained to the SRA as advised? Other than that, just ignore them. They can do nothing.

Indeed, complain to the SRA. The more complaints they get, the more likely it is that this well established and respectable firm of solicitors drop this troublesome client.

I fully intend to complain to the SRA. Thanks.
