So, one of the EA's I was considering is selling a flat in the next stair >>

that's identical to mine. Mine is nicer, obviously
But, should I go with them based on this? I was torn between mov8 and Blair Cadell, I've read great reviews about both, there cost difference is about £50 (Mov8 more expensive).
I was thinking that anyone that might put in an offer on the house over there and misses out might come to my flat?
They are putting theirs on the market next week.
Thoughts?

The more sale boards in your area, the more traffic you'll get, and yes - there is the possibility, if the agent with two listings does their job properly, for cross-referring buyers between the two listings, if the buyers haven't noticed one or the other, and for those who miss out on one to buy the other.
As I said in your other thread, £50 is small change in the long run, and shouldn't form any part of your choice of agent.0 -

I mean, if people miss out though, surely they'd just find us on espc anyway. My question is, is it THAT much of a positive to stop me going with BC?0
