urgent toilet park ?

please can i have some advice to where i stand.
My father parked in a security Bay at our local out of town retail site that they had been shopping to let my mum to use the nearest toilets (disable badge holder)
He stayed in the car at all time waiting for her to return, then it happened at home he got a parking charge from ( new generation parking) He appealed giving the reason and they rejected it but gave him a popla code .
this is where i need some advice do i appeal giving the reason that my mum is old and ill (the truth) and send a copy of her disable badge in with the appeal here hoping many thanks

thanks just googled it but nothing come up there is a masive asda m and s etc how would i find out the owners are many thanks0

yes looking for the owners of the car park its massive but remember reading here that asda own there own car parks, would they own the compete retail park ?0

Asda usually use (not so ) Smart parking in their car parks, if you dont mind giving the location away others ( and myself ) may be able to do a little bit of digging online to find the site owner.
As long as your being honest, truthful and you are not making things up or saying stuff that could be twisted by the parasitic parking company - ( PPC )
Also dont think of it as an appeal this makes it sound like you have done something wrong and committed an offence its far more accurate to use the word Challenge.
