Moving abroad - Tax implications?

I am shortly moving to Sweden (EU) and will have some money to transfer there from the sale of my house here. It will be going into my own Swedish bank account and some will be used to pay for property there, the rest probably held in a savings account.
Does anyone know if there is a limit to how much one can transfer within EU countries? Can Sweden tax me on this money?
