Anyone know where 'heatproof' clingfilm can be obtained? What is it?
Have seen a few recipes where its use is mentioned but not what it is and where it can be obtained. Saw a programme on Sunday where a fillet of beef was cased in clingfilm and roasted at a low temperature.
Also seen clingfilm used for blind baking on the bake off shows.
Have googled it but no info has really come up other than other people asking the same question!
