Yes anyone else can. Customers can sing the praises of certain firms too and sometimes they do on Facebook or on here/pepipoo when any company has provided good service.

Hope some certain appeals have caused Cat'o'Nine Tails to cancel the odd PCN along the way recently - I reckon I've certainly been a thorn in the side of some BPA firms...some of them make me laugh they are so terrible at PCN wording and GPEOL arguments, the lot.

MSE Please note: I am not mentioning anything about any specific firm in the above, neither on one 'side' nor the other.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would have been happier if C-M's team hadn't scored on Saturday.

I have worked it out. C-M has been helping people for some time to fight the PPCs. Over this time, she has realised how lucrative the PPC business is, and has now set up her own company :p

What, her own PPC? Coupon-madEye!

Wow, you need to keep reading. :)
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I've often thought about the fun that could be had from setting up one's own PPC, but sadly the ATA membership fees are prohibitive unless one wins the lottery (which is not very likely since I've never bought a ticket!)
