which online estate agent for renting out?

I am looking to rent out a nice 3 bed flat in a nice area.
Gumtree is not an option here.
Has anyone got experience of renting out through upad or Visum or Iamtheagent and the likes?
please tell me what you thought of it.

Thanks

I'm also on the lookout and its between purple bricks and openrent. I think i'm going to give openrent a go
  • We rented our 2 bedroom house with upad less than a month ago. As first time landlords we opted for a package that included first rent collection and sorting our deposit.
If anything we were overwhelmed by demand and in retrospect I should have asked them not to advertise with gumtree, as the enquiries we got from there were a waste of time. In the end we selected the tenants 4 days after the ad went live and upad did manage to sort out all the referencing and paperwork the same week. I would use them again.

My friend has used Upad a couple of times to rent out his property and has had no problems.

I tried visum a few years ago and got no usefull enquiries, local estate agent let it immediately. It may depend on where you are or your particular property.
