GDIF, 3rd Tranche - Solid Wall Insulation

Good news
Looks like I have probably managed to secure some funding for the external wall insulation, this time around!
BTW: the MSE weekly email said the 3rd Tranche of funding would be released at noon (12.00), but it actually opened before that time (but not sure exactly when) because I was able to start my application at around 11.45.
Therefore if you are looking to make an application for, especially, exterior wall insulation, then you need to do it NOW because the money will soon run out if it is anything like the last time!

- Got my Voucher at around 15.30, so they are working quickly!
- All claims have to in by 16 Sept 2015
