Is concluding missives the same as exchanging contracts?
Hi, I am in scotland and a lot of the posts here are focussed on England so I just just wanted to check - is 'concluding the missives' the same thing as 'exchanging contracts' in England?
I am in a rented flat now but am buying a property, I am due to 'conclude missives' this week but need to give notice on my current flat by the 20th in order to avoid an extra months rent. Would it be safe to give notice once the missives are concluded?
