Hi,
hope someone can help
20th Dec 2014 I received a parking charge notice from these cowboys. Id parked at the carpark for 1 hour 46 mins. The reason I didn't pay for a ticket was the machine was broken. My own fault for not calling the number supplied but in all honesty I just didn't think to do it
I was in Oz for xmas when the charge arrived so my girlfriend appealed truthfully telling them what had happened. They obviously rejected the appeal. I was then told to appeal to POPLA but didn't know about these forums so didn't read the advice how to appeal and was obviously rejected
Since then I have moved and sold the car but obviously the PCN is still hanging over me. Can someone advise what card I play next
Do I appeal again to Gemini and if so how do I word it
