Enclosing an open porch

We have an open porch I would like to close in but by that I mean moving our existing front door and window forward the length of the porch so creating a bigger external hallway. The space is only about 1 metre in length but would make a big difference inside.

What sort of cost could I expect for a job like this? I am thinking that the existing exterior walls and ceiling of the porch could be used, and there would be some electrics, moving the outside light and the light switch in the hallway, also there is a gas meter which could be diverted to the side of the house.
