I am stunned, don't know what to say...
OH has just rung MIL to say Happy Mothers day!
She thanked us for the card..... OH had to ask about the Roses and lilies flowers I ordered from Debenhams to arive on Saturday 14th March for Mothers day today!

NO FLOWERS HAVE ARIVED.

I have the reciept. So sad :(
Ordered as seen in the MSE news letter using the code.

Will be on the phone tomorrow.

I'm sorry your flowers didn't turn up - the MSE newsletter had a very clear warning however:

Sometimes flower deliveries go wrong. Hopefully it won’t happen, but there’s always a risk. Consider that before buying.

Hopefully the flowers are just late and your mum is the understanding sort. At the end of the day, it's the thought that counts :)

I can't understand why people don't use local florists...my sister lives miles from me....i google an independent florist in her area...call them up...explain what i'd like and pay over the phone....I have never had dodgy flowers and the florist knows exactly what i want x

I phoned Debenhams this morning @9.30am.
Young lad left to take the flack :0(
All they said was have a refund. Not Happy.

  • Same problem here. No flowers til Monday. Left on hold on phone for 20 mins sat and Sunday, no response to email, no response to contact form. Rang today and offered refund only, no expenses or compensation. Very poor service. Same thing with serenata flowers although they don't even have a phone number. Won't be using either again and other people may wish to reconsider

Many people seem to be having problems with delivered flowers.
Shops need to put a sold out sign up when they can no longer deliver.

Our Flowers arrive on Monday, after much upset by MIL. She thought we had just sent the Truprint photo card.

Debenhams have offered a 2nd large bouquet of flowers by way of apology. I have asked for them to be delivered at a date we will be visiting MIL so we can see what flowers arive.

Yes there seems to be a lot of issues with flowers on this and valentines day - maybe too many people are ordering online.

Unsure why not getting some would make someone upset mind you even after you had said that you sent them
