I have an 02 K800i mobile phone and bluetooth software on my XP computer but when i try to use the remote control function on my phone with the computer it fails.
Does anybody know what's going wrong or what software I need to use on the computer so i can use it?
Would appreciate ANY help!

Silly question, but you say you have the bluetooth software on your PC, you need to have a usb bluetooth dongle. Have you got one plugged in?0

lol just got this phone this week and done the exact trick to my mum. totally freaked her out was hilarious watching as she fought with the mouse and was convinced the computer was possessed.
once you pair the phone witt the comp and allow it to connect all the time without a passkey it should work all the time.0 -
i find that my k750i's remote will only work with the windows built in BT stack.
