Pre paid credit card - credit file

Can anyone assist.
I have tried looking on line but cannot find an answer.
I am looking to get a pre paid debit card but do not want it to appear on my credit file as either a card or account.
I used to have a cash plus account set up for my daughter but in my name and it showed up as a current account on my file.
Does anyone know if this is normal or was it because it was a cash plus card that promotes credit building which I do not need.
I just want something that my daughter can use for emergencies and/or daily use but not to show on any credit file.
Any help or advice appreciated.

I've had an 'Orange Cash' prepaid Mastercard since 2011 and over the years i've periodically ordered both my Experian/Equifax credit reports and there has never been a trace of it on either of them.
I think they do an electoral roll check thats all.

Creditbuilder in an exception - one of its specific purposes is to help you build credit. Most other cards will undertake an ID check but won't report back your conduct0

My cashplus does, as it has. A £100 overdraft. The credit builder is the same, it's reported.
My orange one does not.
Mostly, they do not appear.:beer:0
