No ranting today - had a text this morning saying they've issued the offer. Over the moon!
We will be putting a complaint in. Our key facts sheet doesn't even say she charges fees. There are three boxes she could choose from - no fee, 1% and 1.5% (offset by however much lender pays them). None of them are ticked!
Right now, I'm just glad we have progress
