    There's two issues meeting the minimum requirements for the airlines to allow someone to travel, and meeting the minimum entry requirements at the border, normally the two are the same, but with Indian bureaucracy being what it is that clearly isn't the case in India.

    The vast majority of the world uses Timatic to ensure those who are ineligible for entry never even make it to their borders, clearly the Indians have their own strange system in place :cool:
