A hammer, there don't seem to be any instructions online how to open them up. I expect you will need a small torx driver the screw holes are normally in the battery compartment, jewellers screwdrivers are also useful for prices the case apart.

I wasnt sure if you want to take it apart open or open as in unlock so you can use it on other networks, I thought I would post a more sarcastic reply in the hope you wanted to unlock the phone.

If you want to unlock it, it seems you need to have a cable to connect it to the PC and use software to unlock it, post in the mobiles section for more info.

When I wanted to unlock my vk530 I went to my local vodaphone shop and they printed me off a sheet with instructions on how to unlock the phone myself (no need to connect the phone to a computer) You just need to input a code to the phone. Hope this helps

thanks lj,no my daughters phone was hacked managed to get it open,it was full of sand!!!,its working fine now ,,thanks ev1 for the help
