Don't think it's a dupe. It's a new comp. The one MaineBlue posted finished on 13/3 and according to the terms of this one it started on the 13th.

Actually I now think that it is a new comp and the old terms and conditions have been replaced with the new ones. In the original comp there were six phones to be won and in this second one there is only one.
