Account not shown on credit report

Hi,
I'm currently on a DMP and all my creditors defaulted me at the start of my DMP except Littlewoods and Very, they continue to mark me as either 6 month late or as arrangement to pay (it varies each month!)
In January I started complaining about this, stating ICO guidelines on defaults to try and get them to default my account and back date it. Littlewoods responded and my complaint is currently with their 'customer excellence team' however Very replied saying my account was no longer with them and they don't have any info about my account as they have passed it to Lowell. Then when my next noddle report came at the end of January my Very account was no longer showing. I checked again on my February report and it still wasn't showing so I ordered my statutory report from Experian and Equifax and its not showing on them either!
I know I still owe the money and I haven't stopped paying them but why has this happened? I've asked Very but they won't answer me because the don't have access to my account and Lowell wont answer because they said they don't report to the credit agencies!

It often happens when debts are sold on. It may reappear under the buyer's name in due course.
Lowells do report to credit reference agencies for many of the account they buy, but take a while to sort out in some cases.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
