Low cost tracker that is NOT in an ISA

Hi everyone,

As I don't live in the UK, I'm unable to open an ISA. I'm looking to make regular monthly savings and would prefer to do so in some kind of low-cost tracker than in cash but does anyone know if any such trackers exist that are not ISAs?

None of them exist in an ISA as that is not how it works. The normal unwrapped holding is placed in an ISA (or other tax wrapper) if the person chooses to do so. If they dont choose to place them in an ISA then they wont be held in an ISA. It is the same investment fund either way.

The tax wrapper is one thing, the investment is another.
