Ladybrook securities - cons

Nasty people. Claim redemption from rent charges by using Department for Communities and Local Government 03034444560

Send Ladybrook a recorded delivery letter paying the outstanding rent.

If you get a threatening s.146 letter from them adding further charges, report to the police and insist it is a crime 'demanding money with menaces without lawful authority' that sort of thing. If Police say see a solicitor, make a formal complaint that are not recording it as a crime.

    It would help you get answers if we knew what you were talking about.
