Wow i am so pleased for you! must be a huge relief! i am in court tomorrow with barclays and am prepared (sort of!) for either : a settlement (even though theyve said no!) or to oppose a stay or to fight the case and win and i am hoping it is not the stay scenario!!!

I don't want to be doom and gloom but I would think Barclays will go for a stay so be prepared for all three scenarios!

Well done that was a good result - At least they did not do a Barclays on you
As I am not the Pope or legally qualified I may be wrong so feel free to get a second opinion from a qualified person
  • Thanks EdinburghLass!

i am totally knackered with all this now, if i get to court tomorrow and it ends up being a 5 minute affair with a stay i will be vexed after all the work/panic/sweat and tears this has caused me so far! and thats even before i get to dealing with NOT getting the money this year!

Well done Im so pleased, I am due in Court on Monday 13th, not heard from either Abbey or the Court so will turn up. Is anyone else dealing with Plymouth? It seems some are staying and some are going ahead, would be nice to know before I turn up.

After reading this success story, why the flip are they still making us go through the motions, its pathetic, although Im really pleased for the person who has won the money, why couldnt they have settled and save themselves, and the claiment time money and grief. I dont know, if the company I worked for ran their business like that we soon wouldnt have one. Still well done, and its nice to know that court cases are still being heard. Well done that judge.
