Hi, I have read a copy on post on there that mentioned using solicitors approved by your lender.
I am a FTB with AIP from Virgin Money and I already have a solicitor lined up.
Please does Virgin media request for their approved solicitors to be used? If so where can I find that list?

No you need to use a solicitor that is on their panel. Just ring your chosen solicitor and ask if they are on Virgin Money's panel.0
