Amazon Warehouse supplied wrong product. I want the right product, not a refund

Could you not use your Amazon credit to buy this?

haha, I might just have to order that for the wife as a present for our anniversary this year - I am sure she would love it... :rotfl:0 -

Either give them a call or speak on live chat, and consistently say you're not happy you want what you ordered, make sure you keep saying it, and after about 5 times of them saying no they might give in, that is my experience. It may be easier on live chat as on the phone it can get awkward.0

Why, our laws have changed very little over the years, dating back to Roman times where we still take our laws from, hence why Latin is used frequently in law.foxtrotoscar wrote: »Is there any this century?
Case law goes back as long as needed, very few case laws are overturned and basic contract law stays the same, time is irrelevant.0 -
That's funny. Loss of Bargain is one of the few Heads of Damage where there is no recommended reading of cases. I wonder whyhttp://www.lawteacher.net/lecture-notes/contract-law/remedies-lecture-1.php

I'm pretty sure when you buy something from Warehouse Deals it's classed as a different seller to buying from Amazon which is why they don't offer replacements (this is the case even if there is further stock available on Warehouse Deals).
Having a quick look, on the Warehouse Deals homepage it states, 'Due to the unique nature of each Amazon Warehouse Deals item, we unfortunately will be unable to replace any item.'
I think if you stand any chance of getting them to waive the increase in cost for the guitar sold as new from Amazon it will be goodwill on their part so threats might not be the best idea.0
