I've looked on the ceo emails website and the address given is alex.baldock@shopdirect.com but when I send the email it keeps bouncing back saying recipient not found. Any ideas?

You won't be able to contact them directly, if it's a complaint about a catalogue account, you have little choice but to go through customer services, who are useless anyway.
Your only route to getting a complaint resolved is to go through the complaints process, then take to the FOS.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Thanks, I've written a complaint letter and sent by recorded delivery on two occasions since the end of January and have yet to receive a reply! I can't raise a dispute with the Ombudsman until 56 days have passed which will be the end of March so thought I'd try the direct route! Any ideas?0

Could you please give me this e mail address, as I'm having ongoing problems.
Thank you0 -
you do know its not him responding, but just normal complaintsDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Unfortunately this is true, the head honcho will have assistants to deal with things like this, they rarely get involved with day to day goings on.
It would be passed to complaints to deal with anyway.
I know you read stories of the "top man" getting involved in issues sometimes, rarely happens in real life though.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. But even though it goes to assistants they do, something, just had to use his email for an issue. Took in total a further month/6 weeks it did get sorted.0
