The car was started and reversed off the tow truck, we stopped as soon as we noticed temp on engine, it did not make any strange sounds as we thought it was leak on radiator. Hubby lifted bonnet and steam was coming out other than loss of acceleration no other warnings off the trip computer.
The guy that serviced the car told us they had another car in exactly the same problem bleed valve broken Ford assure us that there is no problem with this happening on Ford Cars and that we were just unlucky.

Find a decent workshop that employs proper time served Mechanics not Main Dealer "Technicians" or more likely Fitters.

If you can find somewhere that does Ford Motorsport vehicles as they should have no issues getting the header sniffed.

There is always the possibility that a new bleed valve, fresh coolant and a bleed of the system will result in the car being fine.

A lesson learned though.

Don't miss services in a new car.

Nobody I know has ever had problems with Ford.

I know lots who are less than impressed with Jaguar Land Rover dealers though.
