MightyDeals, still failing to meet commitments

This torrid saga has it's roots in MightyDeals advertising products for Xmas delivery then failing. Refund for product given, but still awaiting the postage refund for returning the goods that arrived well into the new year. Despite numerous exchanges with Francesca, neither MightyDeals nor their supplier have returned the money. Read all the other posts about their appalling after sales and customer support services before dealing with them.
