How long is a piece of string?

Its no different to any company you ask for a quote for a job. You will get differences between them. Often big differences (especially if you approach a firm that doesnt really see you in their target market).

Its hard to put any price on what you are asking for as it is vague and will depend on what the focus ends up being. Some of the areas you mention are still commission based whilst others are fee based.
