I received a cheque back today for £218.07 after using your letter template.
I had cancelled the Credit Expert service last July and so had to call them up to get the information I needed to fill the letter in. It was simple to do and they sent me the cheque back in just over a week.
Thank you for the heads up on this !! :j0 -
Having seen the post I called Experian on wednesday (1st April) and after a short conversation, they agreed to look at my claim. Today, two days later, £130 was credited to my bank account. Do you think they know they did wrong and couldn't be bothered to argue their case. Thanks MSE.0
