Scottish Power Website problem

I've just had an email from Scottish Power telling me there's an update on my complaint. (I know you will find this hard to believe, but I am currently in dispute with Scottish Power over their bills.) All I have to do is to click on their "My messages" link to read the update. But for months now this link produces no result, whether I try via the email or via their website (you need of course to login in both cases).
Is anyone else unable to access the "my messages" section on the website? I've tried on both pc and Mac, btw.

No,just logged in and no problem with any web access, all working.0

Double check your account numbers ( one on email and your actual account number) the reason I say this I had a similar issue and it turned out that during the complaint they were sorting they created a new account but never linked it to my original account hence I couldn't see bills (shock I know) or messages that I apparently had. I cannot access any of my complaint messages but can access bills and meter read requests. Some time ago I could read them but not now0
