Why are you a paid-up member of this organisation, Artful? Sounds like you're not too happy with them...

Should I ever have a problem with agent or tenant I wish to have an organisation that can support me: I am not 100% happy with everything they say & do, but then neither am I with, e.g. the AA, the National Trust or the RSPCA...

The report does not appear to have been changed so my £5 was safe..

    RLA Facebook ...
    https://www.facebook.com/TheRLA?_rdr
    says..
The RLA provides a wide range of exclusive services and support to over 17,000 landlord and letting agent members.
    That's the 3rd membership number they've quoted...

    Sigh!
  • Guess what, today I receive an email from the RLA stating..
    Dear Artfulxx,

We're delighted to announce that we now represent over 20,000 landlords.

As a thank you we would like to enter you into a prize draw to win one of twenty £50 high street vouchers. ...
    (See post 9 above..)

    Sigh!
