Springboard and maximils merge - missing points

Has anyone else had an email from Springboard Survey company to say they are merging with Maximiles? I am a member of both . Springboard say they have "transferred" my existing money £16) to Maximiles under a pending guise so it does not show on the maximiles points. You cannot get the money until Maximiles sends a survey. BUT...... there is NO PENDING button under the Maximiles profile that I can see,:o not do Maximiles send many surveys out in my experience. So basically, like 2 other survey companies , one of which was Global test market who ripped me off by closing the account without paying for no reason, :mad: my money from Springboard has effectively disappeared and they now refuse to answer my requests about this Pending problem. Is there any Governing body to complain to? This is the THIRD company who have done this to me and others I have spoken to are having a similar experience

As I am the ONLY one asking this, I assume no one else has problems as no one has even replied.
So..down to me to contact authorities - bit sad to feel so alone doing it

I had the email from Springboard, joined Maximiles, have had surveys and it shows on my Maximiles account that my points were transfered. Sorry to hear you are having problems

It figures with me...I seem to have had so many things go wrong lately with Survey companies not doing what they should or things going missing...seriously, what did I do in a past life! Een my friends can't believe it and have said I don't appear to have done anything wrong. Ho hum ...

Sorry to hear that, but I know what you mean, in my life I have gone through many stages where whatever I do goes wrong. All I hope is that you get very soon surveys from them and your correct points are given.
I must admit it did annoy me when Springboard stopped and went over to Maximiles as at least with Springboard it was cash as the reward and cash in my pocket is handy

Agree with that...also, watch out for any other survey companies you belong to as Springboard is the forth one in 2 months to either close, merge or suddenly through me off the panel for a vague reason and keep the money I earnt. I've lost about £60 in all so far. Get any cash, points or whatever out NOW in any form you can. I think a lot of them have had new rules imposed and they are getting either jumpy or greedy. Don't know for certain but worth noting
