Sony AV Amplifier 'AC Outlet' problem

Folks, I have been tearing my hair out at this one.
The link here shows the AC outlet socket on a similar amplifier to the one I have,
http://www.homecinemachoice.com/reviews/wvreviews/Amplifiers/Sony/SonySTR-VA333ES_rear.jpg
I need to know what kind of connection the top right is, so I can make or by a lead which I can plug my subwoofer in.
I went to the Sony Centre and they said it was a kettle lead one (which it obviously isn't)
Any help or guidance is gratefully received,
Marc.

Looks like a 2 pin Schuko socket to me, used in Germany etc.
You may have a plug that would fit it on your electric shaver/toothbrush if its a Philips.
Its this:http://www.revealcable.co.uk/acatalog/Europena__schuko.htmlThat gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
Thanks, yeah I have found that an iPod world charger thingy fits it - basically a standard EU socket but only the hexagonal style fits in, like you have said,
Cheers me old.0
