Hi,
I, or my job was made redundant on 04/03/15. I have worked for this company for less than two years so am not entitled to any statutory redundancy pay. However I am owed 5 weeks and 3 days salary.
The redundancy letter stated that all money due to me would be paid by 06/03/15. I know it's only a week late but my former employer will not communicate clearly, but has said that he posted a cheque to me on the 09/03/15.
As he does not respond to messages clearly I am fearing the worst.
Any suggestions please?
