can i claim ppi from welcome finance

Hi new on here i had a car and personel loan from welcome finance over 10 years ago have not got any papper work or nothing is there any way i can make a claim for ppi or check to see if i paid any ppi. unsure if wasting my time.If i can claim any idea how i would go about this any help is great. please excuse spelling and gramar.

Did welcome sell you the PPI or did the car dealer or broker?
